The Path
My career has been defined by a constant pursuit of optimization—first in physical materials, now in digital intelligence. This is how I got here.
Application Engineer

Product Engineer
HP 3D Printing
Technical Product Manager
Swatch Group R&D Division
AI Product Manager
CELO
At one of Europe's 100 fastest-growing industrial startups, I worked at the intersection of engineering and customers—translating technical capabilities into solutions for aerospace, medical, dental, and automotive industries.
Strategic Context
DLyte's dry electropolishing technology could revolutionize metal surface finishing, but each industry and customer had unique requirements—from aerospace turbine blades to medical implants to dental prosthetics. The challenge was understanding customer pain points and translating them into technical process parameters.
As an Application Engineer, I bridged the gap between R&D and customers. I conducted application testing, developed custom process parameters for specific materials and geometries, and provided technical consulting from concept to production. This role required deep technical understanding paired with customer empathy.
This experience ignited my obsession with customer-focused product development. I learned that meaningful products aren't just technically superior—they solve real problems for real people. This customer-first mindset became foundational to my approach in product management and AI implementation, where understanding user needs is paramount to success.
